According to the bolt type, the bolt partition wall can be divided into steel bolt partition wall, wood bolt partition wall and gypsum bolt partition wall.
The flammability of the bolt material affects the fire resistance. The steel bolt partition wall has the best fire resistance, followed by the gypsum bolt partition wall, and the wooden bolt partition wall is the worst. The type and thickness of the wallboard material also affect the fire resistance of the partition wall. For non-combustible material panels, the greater the thickness, the better the fire resistance. The fire resistance of 15 mm double-layer fire-resistant gypsum board is 2.00 hours, and the fire resistance of 12 mm fire-resistant gypsum board is 1.00 hour: the fire resistance of steel bolt partition wall is 1.50 hours and 0.90 hours, respectively.
Therefore, under the same conditions, wood bolts have better fire resistance than steel bolts, so it is necessary to provide necessary fire protection for steel bolts. The structure of the skeleton partition wall, such as packaging thickness, fire prevention, wall decoration, etc., will also affect the fire resistance of the skeleton partition wall. The skeleton partition wall material can meet the requirements of light weight, sound insulation, heat insulation, fire prevention and waterproof, and is easy to disassemble.
