The movable partition has the characteristics of high sound insulation, fire prevention, movable and simple operation. It is very suitable for space separation of star hotel banquet hall, high-end restaurant private room, high-end office building meeting room and other places. At present, this series of activity partitions and fixed partition products have been widely used in hotels, hotels, multi-function halls, conference rooms, banquet halls, office buildings, exhibition halls, financial institutions, government office buildings, hospitals, factories and other occasions.
The movable partition shall have the following standards:
1. Fire resistance requirements: The movable partition wall should reach the fire resistance body with fire resistance rating ≥ 1.0h. Provide inspection reports to the National Fire Detection Center.
2. Sound insulation requirements:
a) The thickness of the partition wall itself is 100 mm, and the facing method should meet the requirements of the designer. The density of the partition wall shall not exceed 48 kg/㎡.
b) The partition should be filled with par high-density sound-absorbing glass fiber soundproof cotton.
c) During the operation, the door panel with soft contact at the rear should be pushed out first, and pushed to the wall or fixed object. Each door panel should have concave and convex grooves. A handle hole is provided on one side of the door panel. Rotate the handle 180 degrees in the direction of the marked arrow. Only one operation can smoothly open the built-in up and down telescopic mechanism to fix it.
d) At least two rubber sealing strips shall be provided on the first and second ends of the expansion plate of the separator. Internal and external structures must be used. The intention range of the expansion is at least 350-400 mm, to keep the seal and ensure the beauty. Therefore, if the expansion range is insufficient, the expansion plate is placed in front of the tail plate.
e) After installing the movable baffle, measured at 1 meter from both sides of the movable baffle, the sound pressure difference is required to be greater than or equal to 50db.
f) The top and bottom brackets of the partition should be pulled into place by a spring at a time. At the same time, the method must also be equipped with a booster mechanism based on the jack principle (this mechanism can evenly transfer and bear the load of the partition on the ground after the bottom bracket is fully supported in place).
